Good location, friendly staff and all round good value for money, The breakfast is basic but acceptable. If you want to stay in the historic centre this is an excellent choice. Best used for as a base. Not a lot of frills.

The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of food to choose from. Fresh fruits were served every morning and there was even a dedicated station where a staff would serve freshly made eggs of your choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When it rained, the staff would offer me umbrella whenever I needed one.

Located in Centre Historic, the hotel was close to many of the museums and sights we wanted to see in Mexico City. The hotel is very functional for a city break. This hotel group DH has a hotel in the Hague, which I had stayed at on a city break. The hotels are very similar and very consistent with a good breakfast (Mexican plus continental) comfortable room and friendly service.

It’s very central but if you get a room facing the inner court, it’s very quiet. The staff is nice and the bed is comfortable.

The location was excellent. The hotel was situated one and a half blocks from the Zocalo plaza and main tourist attractions. Customer service was excellent. I liked the coffee machine, safety deposit box and fridge in the room. Buffet breakfast was good, offering egg options cooked at the moment, fruits, lunch meats, toasts, cereals and juices. I had a few dinner meals and they were all excellent.

The location was excellent—just a block away from the Zócalo, which made everything very convenient during our stay. The room was great; the only thing I’d point out is that the shower pressure could have been better. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. Breakfast was good, with nice daily options and a great omelet bar.

The location was very central. We were able to walk and take Metro when not on tours. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff from reception to housekeeping all very helpful and friendly. Rebecca and Mariana at Reception were wonderful and assisted us with tours and from Concierge special mention to Degaldo (sorry not sure of spelling) for his assistance with airport taxi during Independence Celebration

The hotel location was perfect cz you literally in the city but it's quiet you can barely tell you ij the middle of a bustling city. Walkable to all the great places must see and pick up points for most guided tour pickups. The hotel was clean and fresh smelling all through. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and always helpful.

My needs are simple: good location, clean, good bed, good shower and good wifi. NH was great on all counts. Easy walking to amazing museums. Parks. plazas, and restaurants. Staff was excellent. At breakfast I used the QR code to order and it took me to an internal survey. I noted all was great but that shower pressure was weak. That night, when I took my shower the water pressure was excellent. When I return to MX City I will stay here.

The staff was very friendly and polite. I loved that we had an entrance to starbucks directly from the hotel. The room was decent size and very clean. Thw location was great as we were able to walk to multiple places of interest. Even for further away spots the uber option wasn't too bad or long.
